ST. GEORGE – Officers arrested a 57-year-old St. George woman on stalking charges for allegedly calling another woman multiple times after a stalking injunction was issued.
Officer Johnny Heppler said he does not know what led to the stalking injunction being issued, but said the suspect allegedly violated the order several times.
When officers went to her home to place her under arrest, she allegedly struggled with officers who tried to handcuff her, Heppler said. She was also charged with interfering with an arrest.
