HURRICANE – The Cedar Reds are yet to get a victory this season and it won’t get any easier tonight at 7 p.m. against the Hurricane Tigers (3-0). The Tigers are second in points per game at 44.3 ppg. The offense was lead by quarterback Taylor Parker, but after a week one injury they had to go to backup Zach Prince who has struggled throwing the ball. The rushing attack as stepped up in a big way leading the Region in rushing yards per game at 301.3 ypg. Taylor Parker is a game time decision.

As for the Reds, they have the worst ranked offense and defense. One way to turn things around is turnovers. Cedar leads the Region in turnovers with three per contest, but it did get better last week as the Reds only gave it away one time. The first two games they turned it over a total of eight times. The Reds have improved each week on the ground and will look to build off of last weeks close loss.
