ST. GEORGE – On March 8, south of Colorado City, a vehicle rollover was discovered with five fatalities at the scene. Victims were both teens and young adults.

Further investigations have determined that the driver, Carl Otto Nathaniel Holm, 22, of Hildale, Utah, was intoxicated when the accident occurred. 

Mohave County Sheriff’s department said that, on May 2, the Medical Examiner informed detectives that Holm’s blood alcohol concentration was .186%.
