Motorcycle ride will raise money for Ivins veterans’ home

SPRINGDALE – An upcoming motorcycle ride will raise funds for the new veterans’ home in Ivins.

The “Meet in the Heat!” motorcycle ride will take place on July 21 at 3 p.m. Participants will ride from Victory Dealership to Springdale Park, where they can enjoy a chuck wagon meal. The meal will feature barbecue sandwiches, coleslaw, beans and homemade lemonade, among other items.

After the meal participants will ride as a group to Victory Dealership as a group for prize and gift certificate drawings.

Tickets are available at Desert Thunder and Victory of St. George for $15 in advance or $20 the day of the event.

Ticket holders can also get discounts at Fabulous Freddy’s Car Wash, Golden Corral, Sportman’s Warehouse, Suvatile, and Arctic Circle from July 22-July 28.

All motorcycle brands are welcome.
