Walter James Konecny, 44, passed away Feb 2, 2014 after a long battle with liver disease. He was born July 26, 1969 in SLC to Druesilla Booth and Otto Walter Konecny. He married Lisa M Deason, had two beautiful children and later divorced.
Walt graduated from ITT Tech and went on to his career as an electrician with the UP Railroad. He enjoyed Sky diving, flying, camping, fishing and four wheeling. He had a sharp and witty sense of humor that he loved to share with everybody. He will be dearly missed.
Survived by his children Otto (Megan), Olivia Konecny, OR; parents Drue (Garry) Naccarato, Walt (Bonnie) Konecny; Grandparents Jerry Loveland Harper, UT, Alexandra Leverton, NV; siblings Kris, Marci (Grady), Nick (Carly) Konecny, Trent (Deborah) Tate; Aunt Lona Broadhead; Uncles Jerry (Karri) Harper, Burke (Judy) Wegner; Niece/Nephews James Fackrell, Dean, Mikal Player, and numerous cousins.
Preceded in death by Grandmother Betty J Harper; Brother Alexander Konecny; Uncle Trenton L. Broadhead; Cousin JL Harper.

- A memorial will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2014, 191 E. Draper Park Ln. (11980 S), Draper, UT 84020 (Clubhouse).
