Free seminar for those suffering back and joint pain

ST. GEORGE — On Thursday evening the Southwest Spine and Pain Clinic is presenting a free seminar on regenerative therapy for back and joints including a new treatment with Platelet-Rich Plasma Injection Therapy, a treatment that is now being offered at the Pain Center.

Hors d’oeuvres will be served at the clinic presented by Interventional Pain Management Physician, Rick Obray, MD.

What is Platelet-Rich Plasma injection therapy?

Platelet-Rich Plasma – PRP – injection therapy is a nonsurgical treatment that is a beneficial alternative to other injections. It is meant for patients suffering with painful conditions such as tendon injuries, or ligament muscle injuries. The PRP helps to restore function of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints.

This treatment is now being offered at the Southwest Spine and Pain Clinic by Dr. Rick Obray, Dr. Jon Obray, and Dr. Derek Frieden.
