Stout, Ron(January 29, 1961 – June 24, 2014)

Ronald Kevin Stout passed away peacefully on June 24, 2014 …. After a brave battle with Lung Cancer.

Ronald was born in St. George, Utah on January 29, 1961 to Dell Crawford Stout and Corinne Stratton Stout.  He was the 5th of 12 children.

Ronald is survived by his wife Myrna and their 4 children; Elise (Leo) Varchetta and his pride and joy grandson Pasquale Alessandro Varchetta, Seattle, WA, Alex Ronald Stout, Taylor Dell (Meagan) Stout, and Paige Stout, all of St. George, UT, parents Dell Crawford and Corinne Stratton Stout, Hurricane, UT, siblings Dennis (Sandy) Stout, Hurricane, UT, Denae (Gary) Adams, Roy, UT, Deward (Stafeen) Stout, Keith (JoAnn) Stout, Marsha (John) Postert, Laron (Amy) Stout, Dorene (Joshua) Libertor, Carolee (Brett) Poulson, Roger (Alison) Stout, all of Hurricane, UT, Melissa (Tanner) Cropper, Medford, OR and his beloved scout Troop 399.   He was preceded in death by his brother, Kelly Stratton Stout.

Funeral Services

  • Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Washington Utah Buena Vista Stake Center, 860 N. Fairway Dr., at 11 a.m.
  • There will be a viewing Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff, St. George, and again Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services, at the Stake Center.
  • Interment will be at the Hurricane City Cemetery.

    I’m so sorry to Myrna and the kids. Ron was a great friend and neighbor and I’m happy to have known him for the time that I did.
