HURRICANE — The Hurricane Lecture Series meets the second Monday of every month, focusing on mental and behavioral health issues. The meetings are free and open to the public and will be held at the Hurricane Senior Citizen Center, 95 N. 300 West in Hurricane, going forward, a move from the the Intermountain InstaCare Clinic in Hurricane where they’ve been held for five years.
Meetings are conducted by Patrick Sapio from noon to 1:30 p.m. and are geared to cover timely and useful topics. Sapio also conducts a lecture series in St. George every Friday from 10-11 a.m. in the Foremaster Building located at 1424 E. Foremaster Drive, across the street from Intermountain Healthcare’s River Road Campus.
