Popular arrowhead-making class is back

MESQUITE, Nev. — The Virgin Valley Heritage Museum will be sponsoring a popular arrowhead-making event Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Pavilion located between the museum and the Art Gallery at 35 W. Mesquite Boulevard in Mesquite.

The arrowhead-making class will be taught by artist Kelly Beeson, who has taught the class in the past. Beeson brings a wealth of knowledge about the Anasazi and Paiute that settled this area. Come and learn from this local artist.

Due to the popularity of this activity, reservations are required. Fifteen to 20 spots are available to individuals over the age of twelve. Be sure to contact the museum to reserve a spot.
