No Filter: Tracking ghosts in Modena; seek, find for the giveaway

FEATURE —  Ghosts, trains and polygamists figure into Episode 76 of the “No Filter Show.” Co-hosts Grady Sinclair and Paul Ford took a tour of Modena, the semi-ghost town on the border of Nevada and discovered some very interesting facts about the city that took the train away from St. George.

    I recall (read) back in 2004-5, that the whole dam of Modena was on the market for <$180k. I thought long and hard about buying it.
    Thought about it too long- gone.
    Also rumored that Walmart was thinking about the rail spur town area, possibly being a good central warehouse area.

    The old square wood building looks familiar. Could it be the remnants of the B J Lund General store? Used to stop there while working in Hamlin Valley. But that was many, many years ago.
