REVIEW – Bustin’ makes the lead characters in this week’s new releases feel good.
“Spy” director Paul Feig reboots the ’80s comedy classic “Ghostbusters.” In this slickly produced redo, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones break out the proton packs and set out to kick some paranormal butt.
In “The Infiltrator,” Bryan Cranston’s Robert Muzar sets out to bust an entirely different kind of enemy. The Film Fanatics consider the question: Does a stellar cast take this true story of drug lords, money laundering and corruption to dramatic heights or does “The Infiltrator” collapse under the weight of its own self importance?
“Ghostbusters,” “The Infiltrator” and a whole lot more on this insightful, jampacked episode of “Film Fanatics.”

Few sequels or remakes are, imo, as good as the original. I’m thinkin’ this one’s due to Melissa McCarthy’s recent popularity. Gonna pass.
Yep gonna let this one go by !
