REVIEW – In Clint Eastwood’s “Sully,” national treasure Tom Hanks plays airline pilot Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, a real-life hero who would attempt an emergency landing on the Hudson River. If you think you know the whole story, it should be noted, there’s more to it. Does this tale of a miracle soar to dizzying heights, or does it fail to take flight?
Also, the Film Fanatics take a look at an angry Mel Gibson in “Blood Father” and a wonderfully creepy Christopher Lloyd in “I Am Not a Serial Killer.” This jam-packed episode of “Film Fanatics” closes out with a look at Adam Mast’s glorious adventures at Salt Lake Comic-Con.
